Has everyone heard of Pinterest? It's basically a virtual pinboard where you can collect (pin) pictures of just about anything your little ol' heart desires for inspiration. You can create boards of inspiration for recipes, wedding ideas, paper crafting, fashion, and well, anything really.

I stumbled upon the idea for this card on Pinterest. I regret that the original creator of this card was not posted on the Pinterest site so I can not give proper credit. If anyone out there knows who made this, please let me know as I would like to give credit where credit is due. I did change it up just a little bit by adding the scalloped edge and the colors on the side of the card. The original creator also sewed the butterflies onto the card but the sewing machine and I had a parting of ways so I opted to glue instead.

If you have not checked out Pinterest before I highly recommend it. I am overwhelmed with what I have discovered that you can make with Nutella. Homemade poptarts?! Yum!! Let me know if anyone needs a invite, you don't need one to browse, but to create boards you need one, and I can get one out to you.

  1. I don't know what the original looked like but this is FAB! Love the colors and the scalloped edge w/coordinating colors is brilliant.

Pinterest is just addictive isn't it??

  2. How fun! Love the rainbow of butterflies! I haven't had much time to get into Pinterest, but I certainly need to!

  3. First thank you so much for your sweet comment on my blog. You brought a huge smile on my face :). And this card basically did the same, I love the bright colours and the design, sometimes less is more and that's definitely the case with this ray of sunshine! I'd better not show this to my girls because they'll want me to make one of those :).
