This LO was very very simple. I lifted the idea from a LO displayed at Green Tangerines. They had the adorable monster paper displayed with a LO very similar to this. These photos were taken while we were at Disneyland on the Monsters Inc. ride.
A place to showcase my creations and share tips, techniques, experiences, and a little bit of myself.

BORN TO BE WILD - LO
How stinking cute does Josie look in these pictures? These photos were taken several years ago but looking at them now (she is now 5 1/2) they capture her personality perfectly.
I am always at a loss at how to scrap professional portraits. I am afraid of working the pages to much and losing the focus on the photos. So I kept this one very simple with the flame papers and Jolee's motorcycle sticker. The metal strip I stumbled upon at the Scrapbook Expo back in November. The title was cut using the Street Signs cart for the Cricut.
Just check out her little smile/smirk in the second photo, ADORABLE!!

GOUDA BIRTHDAY - CARD
I have shown a card already using this stamp before but I just had to share another one. I love House Mouse and all of the detailing in their stamps. I made this card for a neighbors birthday. I just happened to find a red patterned scrap that looked similar to how I colored the cheese wrapper. Thanks for looking.

SOCCER - LO
This past October, our niece, Alyssa, started playing soccer. She is a really good player and is absolutely adorable in her uniform.
Here is a quick LO that I completed of her very first game. There will be many more LO's of her playing soccer in the future. Can you believe that I took over 100 photos of just her first game alone? She is a cutie!!

UNDER THE SEA
Here is a quick little birthday gift that I made for a special little girl that is turning 8 today. I love altering composition notebooks and I hope that she likes this one.
I used the Mermaid Anya stamp from The Greeting Farm and cut the coral and seaweed from the Life's a Beach cartridge for the Cricut. I absolutely love that cart! The shell and fishie brads are ones that I had in my stash and I can not recall who makes them. I covered the inside with a little paper and added ribbon to tie it closed.
I think this project would be a great little goodie bag idea for birthday parties. You can usually pick up the notebooks for 15 cents a piece.

BEACH BABES - LO
I cheated on this LO and used a kit that I bought at the Scrapbook Expo a few months ago. The kit is from Cut-It-Up. All of the pieces are already cut out for you, you just add the details (chalk, inking or doodling) and put it all together. I didn't use all of the pieces that came in the kit as I would have only been able to put two photos on the LO. So I have some more "babes" for another LO.
The photos were taken in Pacifica this past summer. We love the beach!!!

WELCOME LITTLE ONE!! - CARD
I am anxiously awaiting the birth of my new nephew. My SIL is due on Saturday but I am hoping the little guy comes early!!!
Here is a card that I whipped up to accompany my SIL's baby shower gift last month. The stamp is 2073J "Baby Hammock" from Penny Black. I colored the image with my Prismas using the Gamsol technique. I also used my Nestabilities....I think it's the labels two? A little glossy accents, some ribbon, a $1 Studio G sentiment stamp and a safety pin.
Now if the little guy would just make his grand entrance!!
